What can coaching help me with?
Coaching can help with countless issues, challenges and goals. I have worked with clients on life and job transitions, relationship challenges, life goals, money mindset, prioritisation of tasks, finding out what drives them, how to set healthy boundaries and much more.
Is coaching like therapy?
No. Coaching is a separate discipline and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. Since in our sessions we work on coming to a fully resourceful, engaged and holistic place, coaching can have a positive effect on a client’s mental health, but coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
Do I have to travel to have sessions with you?
No All sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone, which means you can sit in your favourite spot on the sofa or your swivel chair in the home office, with a cup of tea at the ready.
Can I spread the cost of a package to make it more affordable?
Yes! I’m happy to split package prices. Since this involves an increased amount of admin I’ll usually charge a financing fee at 10% of the net package price.
Does it make sense to have an autistic coach, if I'm not autistic myself?
Absolutely! On top of the fact, that we’re all human and have essentially all very similar needs and hopes, you may find that my dot-connecting skills can shine a light on things in unique ways. Different brains can make different connections, and that’s one of the essential skills a coach has to be great at to get fantastic results for their clients. I love working with different neurotypes!
What's your refund policy?
To make this alliance a success and I ask clients to agree to providing 48 hours notice to cancel or alter any session or otherwise be billed. Cancelled sessions as part of a package deal are non-refundable. Missed sessions, not properly cancelled, cannot be guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Is consultancy the same as coaching?
Nope, coaching and consultancy whilst both very helpful are very different discaplines.
In very simple terms consultancy follows a “this is how you should do it” approach, whereas coaching is asking “how could you do this?”
Will you work on-site or remotely?
We are very happy to either work on-site or remotely, whichever suits you best.
What experience do you bring with you?
I have been working in the creative industries for more than 25 years. In that time I have been trusted by global brands such as Microsoft, 20th Century Fox International, Penguin Random House, BBC Worldwide and many more.
The insights I’ve gained through working with these clients from both agency and client-side means I bring invaluable experience to a consultancy session.
Headhunted by Microsoft at 26, I went on to be pivotal in generating $20M USD in revenue from a beta product launch. I was also integral in winning multiple multi-million Euro pitches for global brands in Entertainment, Leisure and consumer goods.
I’ve worked on 150+ digital marketing campaigns for Hollywood studios on titles like Deadpool, Life of Pi, Transformers, The X-Men films, The Simpsons Movie and even a James Bond.
I’ve streamlined creative operational processes for large multi-nationals, saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.
In short, you’re in safe hands.
Do you guarantee results?
Each set of work has its own goals and objectives, as well as its own set of parameters to work within. With that in mind I guarantee that I will deliver the results we agree to. If we don’t achieve them within the timeline agreed, and as long as you’ve followed my recommendations, I will continue working with you to deliver the results at no additional cost.
A guarantee is a two-way agreement we make together. Both sides must stick to their obligations for the guarantee to be valid.

How did Cordial Fox start?
We are ethical and inclusive. One member of our founding team is neurodivergent, both are out of the box thinkers and creatives to the core. We enjoy doing things authentically, and we absolutely love working with two kinds of people: those who go ‘hell yeah!’ reading this, and those who want to find out more.
Our founders set up Cordial Fox in 2018 in order to provide a unique business support service, one that offered a holistic approach to creative support where the focus was on people first.
Our cycle of ‘Coach > Consult > Grow’ was born from seeing how the vital step of looking after people is often overlooked or forgotten in many organisations.
In short, Cordial Fox was started to help others.
Who are the founders of Cordial Fox?
We were founded by Jasmin Egner and Adam Jennings back in 2018. Jasmin is our Whole Person Coach and dot-connector extraordinaire. Adam is our Creative Consultant and creative mentor. You can find out more about them here on our About Us page.

Where are you based?
We are usually based in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK but are often found on-site with clients at various locations. For our consultancy and creative service offerings we are very happy to travel and love to see our clients in their workspaces as it helps us get a sense of your company culture. Our coaching services are always conducted remotely via video conferencing or telephone, which means you can sit in your favourite spot on the sofa or your swivel chair in the home office, with a cup of tea at the ready.
